Our history

MesenFlow Technologies was founded in 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland by Paul Bradfield, Beat A. Imhof, Riccardo Nisato, and Karsten Leuker. The companie’s name reflects its scientific roots: “Mesen” reflects our focus on mesenchymal biology and human tissue systems, while “Flow” highlights the vascular component, central to our expertise.

As a Swiss Contract Research Organization (CRO), we specialize in fast, cost-effective, and animal-free preclinical inflammatory testing across human diseases, cancer, and cosmetic development.

Operating as an independent service company, MesenFlow collaborates closely with academic institutions, biotechnology firms, and large pharmaceutical partners. Through these collaborations, we have contributed to the development of successful products, as well as the creation of spin-off projects and start-up companies.
